Required skills:
• 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience;
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques;
• Good knowledge and practical experience of interviewing candidates;
• Knowledge and understanding of stages in recruitment process and their influence on result;
• Ability to build relationships with candidates;
• Knowledge and ability to pass on the candidates in a polite way;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to keep focus on result as well as observing the process, flexibility, stress-resistance;
• Upper-intermediate level of English
Responsibilities:
• Providing full-cycle recruitment activities;
• Filling different technical and non-technical positions;
• Labor market screening and monitoring;
• HR-interview conduction;
• Candidates database maintenance;
• Preparation different reports upon request.
