SmartyAds provides a full-stack package of complex AdTech solutions for digital advertisers, publishers, and ad agencies worldwide. Our innovative products help businesses to achieve impressive results across all channels, devices and ad formats.

The tasks of the Account Manager are very different, but the sequence of actions is approximately the same.

We will expect you:

  • Communicate with Open RTB and XML partners and on a daily basis providing assistance with their daily operations;
  • Analyze metrics on the platform and apply the necessary optimizations to ensure growth of the assigned accounts;
  • Create reports per request of the team,
  • Assist customers with fixing technical issues in collaboration with the technical team,
  • Maintain warm and friendly relationsips with all the clients.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Experience in Customer Support, IT Account Manager, Client Service Manager, Customer Success Manager or Project Manager 1+ years;
  • Fluent English;
  • Ability to think critically and analyze the data;
  • Result-oriented with good problem-solving and prioritization skills;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Client-oriented;
  • Leadership skills.
