Open vacancy:

VisaHQ is currently looking for an active and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist (Travel Visa Specialist) to join our team in Ivano-Frankivsk on a full-time basis.

Main responsibilities:

Support and provide world-class customer service via chats; 

Receive and verify all needed documents from clients for online visa processing;

Submit all documents to embassy websites;

Send granted visa to the client;

Requirements:

Advanced English;

Advanced PC user and good orientation in the Internet;

Good business correspondence skills;

Great communication and negotiation skills;

Well-organized, strong attention to details and accuracy;

Salary fixed in USD.

$300 on probation period (3 months) and $425 after the probation period.

There are 3 shifts:

1st week from 6am till 2pm (remote work from home);

2nd week from 9am till 6pm (work from office);

3rd week from 6pm till 2am (remote work from home);
