We are looking for a fast Data Entry Administrator to manage effectively large amounts of information. Accuracy is the name of the game when it comes to the skills needed since the information you will be working with is going to be used for senior level decision making and in order to reach our beloved customers by providing them with correct information only.



Job Responsibilities:



· Manage, organize and update relevant information using database applications; obtaining missing data from the open sources.


· Plan and prioritize personal activities and suppliers/prospect contact towards achieving agreed aims - especially managing personal time and productivity.


· Provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to serve and enable organizational operations and effective service.


· Operate a personal computer and a variety of computer software.


· Communicate in between users/ suppliers/ enquirers and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to requests over the email.


· Protects organization's value by keeping data confidential.






· Knowledge of English


· 2 years of administrative experience,


· Data entry skills,


· Typing speed and accuracy,


· Familiarity with MS Office and data programs,
