HR Business Partner

One of the leading international company (TOP-10) is looking for HR Business Partner.

Directly reports to CEO

Responsible for all HR functions on a country level (Ukraine only)

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in, or lead HR Projects
• Ensure recruiting and retention of best-in-class talent for key positions
• Provide change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts
• Support in ensuring rewards and incentives are implemented to achieve goals
• Contribute to personnel cost planning
• Ensure adherence to relevant labor and employment law
• Advise line managers on effective performance management and resourcing decisions
• Support line managers in all coaching, mentoring and personal development within their teams
• Ensure adoption and adherence to Corporate, Global and Region principles, practices and policies and advises managers on matters related to people management
• Ensure the realization of effective training and development plans for all personnel, following learning priorities and guidelines and act as channel to communicate and implement learning needs
• Support cultural change and foster diversity and inclusion
• Support internal communication, especially around HR-sensitive issues (values, advancement, motivation etc.), etc.

Main requirements:

• University degree. Specialization in HR is an advantage
• 3-5 years of experience as HRBP or HRM within international company, covering all major HR processes: C&B cycles, talent management, labor relations, etc.
• Advanced English is a must
• Experience in Organizational Development initiatives and change management activities
• Experience in workforce planning (tools methodology) and talent assessment
• High degree of results-orientation and ability to execute while multitasking
• Drive and initiative, proactively advocating innovations
• Strong analytical consulting skills
• Strong influencing leadership skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
