For our client, international company, distributor of international well-known agro machinery brands, we are currently looking for Agricultural Division Manager.
About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and expansion of Division's sales and service
- Managing and integration of teams (sales of equipment, service and spare parts)
- Recruiting, development, coaching and supervising AG Division Team
- Market and competitive analysis
- Development and maintenance of contacts with potential business partners
- Key Account Management with Agro Holding and large farms
- Making sure that Division results progresses successfully
- Ensuring that Division is profitable and meets financial targets
- Leading the team - 3 direct reports (sales, service, spare parts) and total team up to 80 people
Key Requirements:
Background and Experience
- 5+ years in AG Industry
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Solid experience in selling machinery equipment
- English - advanced/ upper intermediate level
- Willingness to travel
