Digital Marketing Specialist (FB, Google etc)

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, generating leads, and increasing website traffic. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives

• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including display, social media, search engine marketing, and email marketing

• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content for all digital channels

• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth

• Analyze data from digital marketing campaigns to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns

• Manage the company's social media accounts and develop strategies for increasing engagement and followers

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing

• Experience with Facebook ads, Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing best practices

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

• Experience managing social media accounts and developing social media strategies

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
