We're IO Technologies - IT company providing analytics products, with big international data team of 50+ people. We are developing a product that collects statistics, analyzes data and distributes them to clients.
Currently, we're looking for a person to join our team as Senior Customer Support Representative.
Requirements:
- Languages: English (advanced), Russian, Ukrainian (excellent grammar and writing skills)
- Experience 1+ year on a Support Manager position
- Basic understanding of how a website works: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of technologies Media projects use: Google AMP, Facebook IA, Paywalls, Google DFP, A/B headlines testing, etc.
- Web analytics skills - Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika
Responsibilities:
- Resolving all types of support issues received via live chat or email;
- High level of Empathy
- Communicating with Development, QA and Product Teams;
- Ensuring the tasks are accomplished and delivered to the Customer on time;
- Updating product documentation and knowledge base;
- Ensuring customers' satisfaction and negative feedback processing.
