IT Auditor

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting IT audit assignments;
• Evaluation of IT risk management system adequacy, incl., internal IT controls (COBIT), check of IT processes efficiency (ITIL), analysis of violation of current legislation, NBU regulations and Group requirements (ISO 27k, NBU #95), as well as internal Bank’s documents;
• Conducting IT risks assessment to contribute to the annual audit plan;
• Assisting in development of audit analytics for IAD (Excel, SQL, other BI and analytic tools),
• Ensure full documentation of
• audit assignments (audit trail) following the program (guide),revealed facts,results,which should reflect all audited findings;
• Issuing recommendations to correct breaches and deficiencies, revealed during audit assignments, and to improve Bank’s organization and processes;
• Follow up of recommendations issued by IAD;
• Improving of internal IT control system, enhancing efficiency of IT processes, mitigation of IT risks inherent to Bank’s activity;
• Generating opinions and recommendations on audit results, writing bi-lingual audit reports with conclusions (Ukrainian and English)

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or proven knowledge (e.g. advanced training) of IT field, if Economics/Accounting degree.
• Working experience: at least 1 year in banking and/or auditing and/or IT field;
• Knowledge (at least awareness) of IPPF (Institute of Internal Auditors Standards);
• Knowledge of COBIT framework and ISACA IT audit standards (awareness);
• Understanding of IT and information security standards, principles, technologies, implementation;
• Knowledge (non-professional) of ITIL framework, ISO 27k, NIST(IT & Sec), NBU#95, GDPR and others IT related best practices and regulations;
• Knowledge of SQL and data analytic tools would be a plus;
• Ability to analyze business processes and define risks and controls including IT ones within them;
• Strong written skills (English – intermediate);
• Aspiration to learn and develop in internal (IT) audit profession;
• Personal skills: curious, team player, meticulous, good communication skills.
