Project and program manager (process management)

Requirements:

• University Degree (Economics or Finance);
• At least 2 years of experience in process reengineering (finance, banking, investments);
• Good command of process reengineering;
• Experience in change management, project management;
• Managerial, communication, presentation skills;
• Fluent Ukrainian and English verbal and written;

Job Responsibilities:

• reengineering of banking processes: review and analysis of organizational/functional structure of Bank, their principles, methodology;
• processes gaps identification, their elimination;
• cost efficiency deployment for banks processes.
• information consolidation on the processes, organization of project team, project kick-off;
• process modelling (AS IS process);
• process live monitoring (dive into the process);
• process measurements (definition and study of current process indicators, including workload);
• definition of deviations in the processes;
• analyze process: define duration, added value, wastes, its reasons and consequences;
• reorganization of processes;
• development and approval of actions to fix process deviations, weaknesses, wastes;
• modelling of changes/newly created processes (TO BE process).
