Job Responsibilities:
- The compliance support manager reports directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and assists the Chief Compliance Officer for organization of transversal tasks (e.g preparation of different reports for CAU Management, CASA Compliance or other CAU Bank's units, preparation of presentations for Compliance Committee, etc.)
- Secretary of Compliance Committee and Arbitrage commission
- Execution of compliance permanent controls
- Monitoring of implementation of the compliance recommendations, compliance trainings, and action plans
- Management of the compliance corner and information to Bank s staff on compliance news
Key Requirements:
- English oral and written
- Knowledge of the Bank organization and activities
- Knowledge of the basic compliance requirements
- Capacity to work in autonomy
- Rigorous, self-organized
- Good communication skills
- Capacity to learn fast new process or matters
