JSC "CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK" announces a contest for a position of Business Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Corporate training materials adaptation (incl. e-learning) to the local contest;
- New learning solutions development according to the identified training needs;
- Development and implementation of new trainings and development programs;
- Soft Skills trainings delivery, e.g. Sales Skills, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Time Management etc;
- Organizational support to different training events within the company;
- Training administration: invitation of the participants, feedback analyzing, reporting;
- Participation in other HR projects.
Requirements:
- University Degree;
- 3 years of relevant experience in Training and Development within international company;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- English - Upper-Intermediate.
