Business Analyst

Functional responsibilities:

• Communication with stakeholders
• Requirement gathering, analysis and developing
• Communication with vendors regarding requirements
• Writing functional specifications and other types of requirements
• Acceptance of developments

Requirements (must):

• Education: bachelor's degree in technical or economical field
• Experience: at least 3 years in relevant field
• English level: pre-intermediate (A2)
• Experience in analytics in integration solutions
• Experience in analytics in bank information systems
• Experience in producing requirements of any level (from business user to developer)
• Experience in business process modelling

Requirements (desirable):

• Experience: at least 5 years in relevant field
• English level: upper-intermediate (B2)
• Confident user of Microsoft Visio
• Understanding of methodologies and standards of business analysis (BABOK, others)
• Knowledge of insurance products either from insurance company or bank perspective
• Basic SQL knowledge
