Spedition Coordinator

To the dynamic developing Hodlmayr's autotransporter fleet we are looking for a spedition coordinator

TASKs OF THE PROSPECTIVE COLLEAGUE:

• Coordination and tracking of the autotransporters
• Operative management of the truck drivers ( very often via phone )
• Communication with the clients, authorities ( very often in foreign languages )
• Organisation of the maintenance of the trucks
• Preparation of analyses and statistics

REQUIREMENTS of the position:

• G.C.E. ( General Certificate of Education )
• Spedition, logistics skills, experiences ( advantageous )
• Communication level in foreign languagues ( Hungarian/German, Russian/Ukrainian, )
• Driving licence cat. „B"
• Computer skills (MS Office high level expected)
• Good cooperation capability
• Teamwork
• Consensual capability
• Creative thinking

• Good loadability/chargability
