Junior IT Recruiter

Betinvest LTD is an international gaming solutions provider with 20 years of industry experience. We are incorporated in the United Kingdom and currently serve clients across four continents - Europe, Asia, Africa and North America.

You will:

• Be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process (active candidate's sourcing and screening, selection and supporting during all hiring process);
• Coordinate and conduct the interviews, collaborate with decision-makers, provide the feedback for the candidates;
• Build and maintain strong partnership relations with Hiring Managers and Candidates;
• Constantly develop yourself as a Recruitment professional.

Skills to shine:

• At least 1-year previous experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in internal company position;
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (for ex. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search);
• Experience of interacting with candidates on social media and professional networks (for ex. Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, GitHub);
• Solid verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent organizational and proactivity skills;
• At least an intermediate level of English (spoken and written).

Is a plus:

• Experience in conducting HR interviews with different techniques;
• Experience in developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
