L2 Support Engineer

Betinvest LTD is an international gaming solutions provider with 20 years of industry experience. We are incorporated in the United Kingdom and currently serve clients across four continents - Europe, Asia, Africa and North America.

We are looking for L2 Support Engineer.

You will:

- Provide tech support to internal users and to our partners that use our services;

- Analyze and troubleshoot issues that can appear on our IT/Business services;

- Solve, escalate and manage incidents;

- Be in touch with our developers, our operations departments and 3rd party service providers.

Skills to shine:

- 3+ years of experience as a technical support engineer/system administrator;

- Knowledge of ticket systems, bug trackers (GLPI, Naumen, Jira);

- Good troubleshooting experience;

- Windows/Unix administration experience;

- Experience in network administration.
