We are announcing the opening of the new position at (NBS) Lviv - Junior User Management Specialist.


Main responsibilities:

  • Service line management;
  • Customer support;
  • Continious imrpovement;
  • Root-cause analysis;
  • User support;
  • New tools and solutions testing.


Main requirements:

  • University degree;
  • Experience in customer support preferred;
  • Experience in Microsoft OS (WinXP, 7,10, 2000 Server);
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Knowledge of English (Intermediate strong: spoken and written).
