Brand Manager

Our partner, the international pharma company, is looking for  Brand/ Product Manager (Onco)

Your Responsibility:

• Ensuring the achievement of sales plan indicators and market share by creating and implementing a strategy to promote  drugs  against cancer and biopharmaceuticals;
• Analysis of the market of medicines using data from market research agencies, as well as other sources;
• Development of strategies for the promotion of medicines in accordance with the existing features and capabilities of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine, as well as the general strategy of the company;
• Development of annual marketing plans for the assigned drugs to achieve the planned goals;
• Coordination of all stages of work with Opinion Leaders (KOLs);
• Close cooperation with the field service, finance department, logistics department, etc., to ensure the implementation of the plan to promote cancer drugs and biopharmaceuticals;
• Development of cyclical plans for the promotion of medicines;
• Development, organization and coordination of issues related to the production of information materials and their effective use;
• Organization of actions to strengthen positive public opinion about the company and its drugs;
• Participation in conducting national post-marketing research of the company's drugs in order to create loyalty of specialists;
• Planning, preparation and organization of the company's participation in scientific conferences, symposiums, round tables with leading specialists to provide scientific support within the approved marketing strategy;
• Monthly analysis of the company's drug sales and preparation of drug sales forecasts for effective production planning;
• Providing internal recommendations to the staff of the Department for the development of oncology, biopharmaceuticals, hospitals and cooperation with external organizations.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Higher medical or pharmaceutical education;
• 2 years + experience in a similar position in a pharmaceutical company with the strategy and tactics of promoting pharmaceuticals;
• Experience of successful project management;
• Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level;
• Confident user of MS Office;
• Analytical mindset, ability to use systems and tools (eg MS Excel, QlikView, Morion, PharmXplorer, etc.) to collect and analyze data

Desirable (will be an advantage):

• Experience working with hospital drugs or prescription drugs
• Experience as a doctor or pharmacist
• Successful experience in developing and implementing marketing projects
• Experience in digital
• Willingness to travel
• Communicativeness and willingness to work in a team
