Social Media Listening Specialist with knowledge of Italian

Main responsibilities:

• Analyzing user generated conversations surrounding the brand;
• Identifying situations that could threaten the brand's social media presence and reputation;
• Tracking quantitative metrics and conversations development;
• Creating insightful reports based on qualitative and quantitative data.

To be successful in this position you have to possess the following skills:

• English and Italian - minimum B2 strong;
• Analytical skills;
• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
• Previous experience carrying out research or any data analysis (preferred).
