Nestle Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for Social Media Listening and Brand Analyst with knowledge of English and Italian, Digital and Social Media Monitoring team in Lviv.

A day in the life of...

• Analyze online data that is relevant to Brands/Nestle based on sentiment, product category, marketing activities (Product experience, Packaging, Customer Relations management);
• Prepare reports using data analytics;
• Monitor and analyze online contents regarding Nestle brand and its products in the Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, websites etc.) and prepare reports using web analytics application;
• Provide alerts about all online Nestle social media channels;
• Monitor online coverage of issues involving Nestle with a crisis potential.

What will make you successful

Main requirements:

• Knowledge and strong interest in social media environment (Facebook, Twitter, etc.);
  
• Good analytical skills, listening and communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficiency in English and Italian (Upper-Intermediate: spoken and written).
