A day in the life of Social Media Engagement Specialist

• Analyse online data that is relevant to Brands/Nestle based on sentiment, product category, marketing activities (Product experience, Packaging, Customer Relations management);
• Prepare reports using data analytics;
• Monitor and analyse online contents regarding Nestle brand and its products in the Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, websites etc.) and prepare reports using web analytics application;
• Monitor online coverage of issues involving Nestle with a crisis potential;.

To be successful in this position you have to possess the following skills:

• University degree (preferably in communication or philology field);
• Knowledge and strong interest in social media environment (Facebook, Twitter, etc.);
• Good communication skills, listening and analytical skills (oral and written);
• Proficiency in English (Upper-intermediate and higher: spoken and written).
• High level of English.
