Our client, a world leader in food production, announces the vacant position:
HR Administration Specialist with knowledge of German and English
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage personnel information within the company
- Maintain all HR related administration procedures in the company
- Work with primary documents for salary calculation, vacations, sick lists, overtimes, alimony etc.
- Prepare of documents for salary payments, submission of salary registers to banks.
- Input all the needed information into data base (SAP)
- Communicate with employees; answer on enquiries form employees and departments.
Key Competencies/Skills:
- Upper-intermediate level of German
- Intermediate level of English
- Knowlege of Excel will be a plus
