Chalanges:
- Creation and correction of Purchase Orders (PO);
- Check and solve parked and blocked invoice issues;
- Prepare periodic and on demand reports and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contracts, data consistency, etc.
- Ensure compliance with procurement practices.
Main requirements:
- University Degree;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Ability to work with others as a team player;
- Customer focus and service orientation;
- Proficiency in English and French (intermediate: spoken and written).
