(NBS Lviv) - a standardized subdivision of the company, united in the structure of service center. It provides a range of services to the branches of the company in important business processes.

Open Position in (NBS Lviv) - Business Process Automation Functional Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Collect, understand and challenge business requirements related to the implementation of K2 for business processes;
• Responsible for the analysis and delivery of solutions that meet business expectations;
• Coordinate projects with service providers to deliver solutions first time right, in expected timeline and budget ;
• Adapt and apply security and compliance policies, and proactively explore new solutions;
• Perform benchmarks, propose new processes and solutions to make the difference;
• Ensure respect of BPA governance.

Required Qualification:

• Preferable specialization: Mathematics, Statistics and Business Administration;
• Proficient with MS Excel, Power Point;
• Prior experience with managing a project is a plus;
• Good communication skills combined with English upper-intermediate.

Soft Skills

• Analytical mind-set: ability to identify key issues and prioritize their resolution;Strong understanding of business processes;
• Developed curiosity and tend to be autodidact in order to search, find, read and learn about business processes and best practices.
