• respond to customer inquiries;
• answer phone calls and business letters professionally;
• research required information using available resources;
• handle and resolve customer complaints;
• process orders, forms and applications;
• identify and escalate priority issues;
• follow up customer calls where necessary.

Education and Experience:

• University degree;
• knowledge of computer literacy;
• fluent knowledge of Serbian;
• intermediate level of English;
• knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
• good data entry/keyboard skills;
• knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
