Our client - world famous international company is announcing an opening for HR Administration Specialist with knowledge of Swedish and English
Main responsibilities:
- Manage personnel information within the company;
- Maintain all HR related administration procedures in the company;
- Work with primary documents for salary calculation, vacations, sick lists, overtimes, alimony etc;
- Prepare of documents for salary payments, submission of salary registers to banks;
- Input all the needed information into data base (SAP);
- Communicate with employees; answer on enquiries form employees and departments.
Key Competencies/Skills:
- Upper-intermediate level of English and Swedish;
- Advanced knowlege of Excel will be a plus;
- Ability to work in a team and maintain tasks on his own SAP knowledge would be a plus.
