The SEO Expert will join a broader team focusing on website and content optimization.

SEO Expert will support website editors and webmasters in the implementation of SEO recommendations provided by global and local search agencies or SEO tools, mainly focusing on on-page and technical SEO. This individual is responsible of operationalizing SEO strategy and recommendations.

SEO Expert will also be responsible to train other colleagues. Ultimate goal is to build an extensive SEO capability in the team. This individual will also be asked to report on his/her activities to team coordinator.

Leveraging BrightEdge and Google Search Console, SEO expert might be asked to monitor and track website performances and provide recommendation to business users.

In addition, this individual might be involve in larger SEO projects like the migration of several websites.

 

Nestle Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for SEO Expert, Web Content Management team in Lviv

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Implement recommendations, resolving SEO related task, assigned via workflow tool;
  • Select trainee in collaboration with team supervisor, liaise with Nestle internal groups (e.g. MSE) and organize training on SEO related topics;
  • Assess trainee proficiency during daily operations, based on agreed KPIs (delivery quality, time to market);
  • Report to team supervisor on SEO related performance;
  • Track website performances with BrightEdge and Google Search Console. Perform monitoring of on-page and technical SEO variables;
  • Draft recommendations and provide them to business users, also implement recommendations upon business users acceptance;
  • Run specific SEO projects like migration project. 

Education and experience: 

 

  • Proven SEO experience (previous projects and experience);
  • Working in a multinational/multicultural environment;
  • High Intermediate English skills: writing, reading, speaking;
  • Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tool;
  • Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative, with ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers;
  • A team oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience;
  • Meeting deliverable requirements, service level measures and specific targets;
  • High proactivity, always looking for improvement in daily duties and skill levels;
  • Ensuring good time management (including down time);
  • Good communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with excellent response times;
  • Implementing self-assessment quality assurance.
