Junior Recruiter (Researcher)

Scalors GmbH is looking for a Researcher to join our team in Kyiv on a full-time basis.

• At least Intermediate level of English;
• Willing to work in HR area;
• Experience in HR research is a big plus;
• Knowledge of IT area/market is a big plus;
• Ability to work independently and in team environments;
• Attention to details.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source (active and passive) prospective candidates through a variety of sources/methods (including internal database, job boards, search engines, and social media);
• Participate in job briefings and collaborate with Recruiters to understand position requirements;
• Perform market research on candidate skill sets, demographics, and hiring trends;
• Support HR processes.
