Company announces a vacancy of Crop Head (Corn and Sorghum).

As Crop Head (Corn and Sorghum) you will:

• Develop strong marketing strategies for a crop, based on in-depth market and competitive insights, customer needs, market trends, drivers and strategic vision.
• Align and agree key marketing strategies and initiatives with Sales leadership team.
• Lead and develop Product Managers, develop methodology, single standards and KPIs for their activities.
• Coordinate activities across crops at Ukraine and regional level (New Product Launches, campaigns, brand plans, registration, technical profiles, promo materials, workshops, events, educational trips, etc.).
• Lead New Product Launch process, including product registration.
• Propose Advertisement and Promotion budget for the crop, ensure proper resource utilization after sign-off.
• Align and control execution of national / regional campaigns.
• Ensure effective interaction of Product Managers with Global team of Euralis Seeds Division.
• Facilitate product knowledge transfer to regional level - Regional Campaign Implementation, Sales, Technical Support streams.
• Participate in internal meetings and trainings with Sales and Marketing teams: 15% of time.
• Participate in important (grower and influencer related) meetings, seminars, etc.: 10% of time

Requirements to the candidates:

• Higher education agronomy
• Not less than 5 years of experience in Product Management in Agrosphere.
• Deep agronomic knowledge.
• Excellent product market knowledge.
• Analytical skills, ability to handle large amounts of data.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience with presentations in front of large audiences.
• Ability for cross-functional cooperation.
• Proficiency in English not lower than upper-intermediate.
• Knowledge of business communication ethics.
• Knowledge of rules and norms of safety and fire protection.
• Experience in managing people from 5 years.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a matrix organization environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
