Customer Support Manager

We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our Loyalty team.
Loyalty team provides support and care to clients all around the world. With our attention to customers' needs, we have a direct influence on many processes; from production to delivery to customers' homes, making us a crucial part of Sleeper’s success.
What will you do
- Provide the best customer service in all interactions with customers
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction
- Manage all customer requests including emails, messages, calls (in English, Ukrainian, Russian) and comments in social media
- Collect customers feedback and insights
- Participate in the improvement shopping experience
- Participate in the development loyalty program
- Work with all other departments and production team
About you
- Proficient in written English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience in any industry
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail, self-managed
- Passion for the Retail industry and great service
- Love to the Sleeper’s spirit
