Junior Brand Manager

As a Junior Brand Manager, you will design a successful brand & communication strategy & execution plan in line with the company goals, by assisting a Senior Brand Manager. In this job, you will follow the consumer needs & attributes, competition, market dynamics, and set the brand strategy & execution plan according to these metrics in a challenging & competitive category.

About you:

You have University degree 

Min. 2 - 2,5 years marketing experience preferably in FMCG companies 

Excellent communication in English both verbal and written 

Experience for developing new product and launches as a part of the team

Knowledge about retail audit and ad hoc researches and using Nielsen & Ipsos' tools. 

Curiosity for digital marketing and social media 

Experience to manage agency and write engaging briefs for creative people 

Ability to think creatively and innovatively in line with consumer trends 

Analytical thinking and ability to identify challenges and opportunities 

Problem solving mindset & perform well under pressure
