HR manager

Our client - It is a Key player in the international agribusiness market and has an opportunity for you to work on the growth of existing markets and develop new markets with high potential. We are now looking for a HR manager to further develop and sustain our business activity in Ukraine.

Main requirements: 

• 3+ years in HR role; 
• Advanced level of spoken and written English; 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 
• Stress resistance; 
• A proactive approach to achieving business objectives and finding solutions to business challenges; 
• Excellent organization and planning skills with a high level of attention to detail; 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; 
• Great desire to work with people;
• Ability to handle multitasking efficiently.

Main responsibilities are: 

• Provide full cycle of HR service to the teams, including adaptation, team reviews, performance appraisal, training & development, retention tools; 
• Working with management teams on improving the quality of team performance; 
• Drive, advise and support on planned business and organization development;
• Lead in customizing of HR procedures and ensure they are followed by employees; 
• Provide personal support on the research, design, and development of HR initiatives.
