Data Entry Specialist for American IT company

Data entry specialist (remote) for an American IT company. 

We are looking for a smart, punctual & attentive to details person for an American IT technology company providing a software solution for the private aviation industry. It's a fully remote job.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support services for customers: data entry & data verification; setting up, monitoring and fixing data loading scripts; creating mappings and configurations for data entry
• Perform administration of existing customer accounts
• Report bugs and communicate with product management team
• Finding information for aircraft makes and models, airports, time zones, currencies; etc.

Requirements:

• above 1 year of experience as a data entry specialist, financial analyst, data analyst
• Intermediate English level or higher
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Ready to work remotely
• Degree in Science
• Neat, capable to work with a large volume of numbers
• Punctual and self-motivated, able to deliver results working in a distributed (remote) team

Working conditions:

• the work schedule can be from 9-18 or from 11-20 or 10-19
