Front Desk Helpers is a company based in the USA. The company was founded in 2015 and provides a wide range of IT, telecommunications, customer support, and other services to our clients.
We are currently looking for a remote Accountant Assistant in a New York home care agency. You will be responsible for entering data into Quickbooks database accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all records are up to date and accurate.
The skills you should have:
Intermediate or higher level of English
Analytical thinking
Proficiency in Quickbooks is a must
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
Good communication and organizational skills
Your own computer (on Windows 10 or newer (or MAC)) and access to the internet.
Minimum technical requirements
Your own computer (on Windows 10 or newer (or MAC)). 8GB of RAM.
Fast and stable internet connection.
What is the work schedule:
Mon-Fri 09:00 am — 5:00 pm according to New York time.

What would be your responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately and timely entering data related to payables and receivables into Quickbooks software.
Maintaining Records: Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and organizing them in a systematic manner.
Quality Control: Conducting routine checks to ensure that the data entered is accurate and error-free.
Generating Reports: Generating reports from Quickbooks as required, and presenting the data in a clear and concise manner.
Communication: Communicating with relevant departments within the organization to ensure that all data is accurately entered and up-to-date.
Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise in the course of data entry.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in data entry processes and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
