The company was founded in Heilbronn, Germany in 2009, currently it has offices in seven countries around the globe and over 700 employees.

What you’ll do:

• Review, analysis, and preparation of contracts with counterparties Ukrainian and English languages;
• Analysis of legislation and legal research covering contract law, labour law, intellectual property law, data protection, licensing matters etc.;
• Day-to-day legal support of company’s business activity.

What we expect:

• Law degree;
• Intermediate English is a must including legal drafting;
• 1 + years of professional experience in Contract law.
