Quality project engineer

World's leading makers of household products is currently looking for Sr. Associate, Quality Project Engineer in Ukraine, Kyiv.

Short summary:

This position aimed to support regional cross-functional project teams to ensure project schedule, cost, capital, quality, and customer service objectives are met for regional and global projects.

A specialist will assist in managing multiple, simultaneous projects, typically with simple supply chains and lead the technical development of new or revised packaging materials & products on global and regional brands.

Requirements:

• University degree, technical background is an advantage;
• Experience in Project Management in manufacturing / quality;
• Knowledge of packaging technology and materials to the development of new and revised packaging;
• Experience and technical competency in primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging design and qualification (e.g. product/package compatibility, manufacturing, and distribution qualification);
• Computer skills MS Office; Product Management systems experience;
• Ukrainian, Russian - fluent, English - upper-intermediate;
• Strong oral & written communication skills, with ability to deliver a concise message across levels within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects through the Commercialization, Launch, and Post Launch Phases. Develop timelines, key milestones, risk, and mitigation plans.
• Execute detailed project schedule to meet launch commitments in each country defined in project scope.
• Collaborate with multifunctional core teams (Design, Marketing and Product Supply) to successfully identify, develop and launch new products in an accelerated manner.
• Provide strong technical leadership within a cross-functional team to drive the design and development of innovative new products or optimization of existing packages.
• Identify and apply new and existing packaging materials and technologies towards the development of innovative new products and the enhancement of existing products.
• Design, coordinate, and complete performance and compatibility testing in support of packaging component changes.
