Operations Planning Manager

Strauss Ukraine is looking for Operations Planning Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process for finish goods and raw materials;
• Manage Pre-S&OP (demand, supply) bringing together all the data, information, and metrics to identify gaps and scenarios;
• Continuously review the S&OP process to ensure it suits business needs and is up to date with best practices;
• Close collaboration with factories on emerging demand changes and special requests. Coordinate with the objective to minimize write-off on components at factory;
• Ensuring appropriate forecast accuracy level for assigned brands;
• Reviewing daily sales activity for assigned brands and adjust short term and long-term production schedules to minimize risk of customer service issues;
• Inventory management ensure quality of inventory, inventory turns meet defined targets;
• Consolidate and report of Supply Chain KPI's (forecast accuracy, inventory management/stock turn);
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, finance departments during S&OP meetings, New launches, etc.
