IT Researcher

We have an immediate opening for an enthusiastic IT Researcher to join our Recruitment department in the Lviv office. Since this position requires regular contacts with a completely different kind of people you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to "feel" people, preventing a different kind of issues quickly. We'll appreciate your creative approach to tasks realization.

Requirements:

• General understanding of IT technologies;
• Understanding of searching techniques, channels and methods;
• Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, internal ATS, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques;
• High communication skills;
• Positive and result-oriented attitude;
• Experience in a similar position 1 or more years;
• At least Intermediate English level.

Duties:

• Partner with recruiters to develop a sourcing plan with deliverables and timelines;
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization;
• Sourcing candidates from different channels (direct research, networking, internal databases, employee referrals, social media etc.)
• Reviewing of profiles and CVs to pre-screen candidates;
• Present candidates to recruiters for appropriate roles.
