One of the leading software and QA company in Ukraine is looking for the Inbound Sales Manager in the Lviv and Kharkiv offices.
Requirements:
- Understanding the technology and business of IT outsourcing
- Experience of working in IT for Western market - at least 2 years
- Proficient English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong relationship builder
- Results-driven, fast learner and able to manage time effectively
Duties:
- Proactively build sales through inbound lead prospecting
- Develop and close qualified opportunities while maintaining a strong margin
- Engage prospective customers via all channels (phone, email, Linkedin, leads generated by marketing)
- Achieve all performance-based quotas and KPI's in prospects, leads and contracts
- Maintain and Expand database of prospects
- Develop and grow key relationships with enterprise level clients
- Properly document all activity via company CRM tool
- Closely cooperate with the marketing team
