Sales Manager IT (Lviv and Kharkiv)

One of the leading software and QA company in Ukraine is looking for the Inbound Sales Manager in the Lviv and Kharkiv offices.

Requirements:

• Understanding the technology and business of IT outsourcing
• Experience of working in IT for Western market - at least 2 years
• Proficient English verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong relationship builder
• Results-driven, fast learner and able to manage time effectively

Duties: 

• Proactively build sales through inbound lead prospecting
• Develop and close qualified opportunities while maintaining a strong margin
• Engage prospective customers via all channels (phone, email, Linkedin, leads generated by marketing)
• Achieve all performance-based quotas and KPI's in prospects, leads and contracts
• Maintain and Expand database of prospects
• Develop and grow key relationships with enterprise level clients
• Properly document all activity via company CRM tool
• Closely cooperate with the marketing team
