The underlying software platform is a complex solution, highly loaded componentized software platform, maintained by multiple teams working concurrently in the US and East Europe that develop and test this product, regularly deploy new versions, and support its operability in 24/7 mode.

We are following the Agile way of working with 2 weeks Sprints, weekly refinements, sprint reviews, and cadence of incremental delivery by multiple teams. We use professional tools for managing support activities and engineering backlog – ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Confluence, PagerDuty, Slack.

Way of working:

• The team consists of two sub-teams – in Minsk and in the United States
• The team covers 24/5 in 3x shifts during business days and is responsible for handling Production issues and related communications
• The team provides support on-demand during weekends
• Night shifts for Minsk are covered by colleagues in the United States
• The team develops and maintains a number of support tools for day-to-day work optimization and root causing of bugs and issues
• When it comes to development, the team follows Agile methodology with 2-week Sprints

• Automation scripting: C#
• Frontend: Angular 9+
• Backend: .NET Core 3.1, REST API’s
• Database: MS SQL Server
• Azure Cloud Services: AppInsights, Storage, Functions, Service Bus, Cognitive Services, SignalR, Cognitive Search Microservices Architecture, Micro Frontends
• Monitoring: NewRelic, Azure AppInsights
• Hosting: Proprietary Data Centers, Azure Cloud
• Incident Management tools: ServiceNow, PagerDuty
• Backlog Management and collaboration tools: Azure DevOps, Confluence
• Code Repository: Azure DevOps Git
• Build Server (CI/CD): Azure DevOps

Requirements:

• 1+ years of commercial experience in .NET
• Upper-intermediate English
• Technical background
• Ability to work full-time (8 hours)
• Strong desire to grow professionally

Nice to have:

• Experience working as a Software Developer or a QA
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
