Agronutrition is a French industrial company that is one of the world leaders in the production of plant nutrition products.
The company launches a search for an open position of Country sales manager.
Requirements:
- Education: agricultural engineer (agronomist)
- Work experience: from 5 to 10 years in the field of plant nutrition products or seeds
- Knowledge of agronomy, scientific background
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Clear and concise expression, ability to take initiative
- Good communication skills, negotiation with different interlocutors
- Must have a good knowledge of English!
Conditions:

- Frequent business trips
Duties and activities:
- Developing a business action plan and presentation to a board of directors
- Sales forecasting
- Growing existing customers
- Offer preparation and taking orders
- Monitoring and coordination of subscribers
- Management of commercial local promoters
- Management of technical and commercial disputes
- Commercial prospecting across all markets
- Identifying technical responses to market needs in collaboration with the various departments of the company
- Participating in the commercial actions
- Collecting and transmitting information about customers, market, competition to Chief Commercial Officer
- Responding to various requests from the sales or other department
