Our client is a UK fast growing company located in London with a tailored made solution mostly for European market there is a competition for the position of Office Manager.

 

Requirements:

  • High Level Education (Master Degree) with upper intermediate French for day-to-day communication with Director via email, chats, and phone ;
  • Basic level of English;
  • Highly scrupulous and attentive to details in presenting documents format & reporting;
  • Having basic analytical skills and logic way of thinking to work as independent unit - ability; to search, collect and prepare a clear sum-up as reporting;
  • Good PC user (Word, Excel, Power Point, Acrobat)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing of suppliers (FOP and company internal services, translation and notary service, office supply
  • service) ;
  • Search of information in the Internet/prepare reports/create written descriptions of working procedures/permanent update of documents;
  • Managing and expenses reporting;
  • Make simple translations

  • Schedule starting from 9 to 10 am, with 8-hours workday from Monday to Friday;
