HR Director (HRD)

We are looking the HR Director (HRD) for our client. It's a manufacturing solutions provider that delivers comprehensive design, manufacturing, supply chain and product management services, with the power of over 200,000 people across 100 sites strategically located around the world.

Job summary

• Development of HR strategies, spread corporate culture, support of the employer brand;
• Support and control of C&B part: forecasting staffing needs, labor rationing, grading system, job evaluation, salary structure, system of benefits;
• Control of the recruiting process: hiring quality, time to fill, time to hire. Support in the selection of qualified personnel;
• Employee career development: performance and training management, evaluation. Work to increase employee satisfaction and engagement;
• Provide internal and external communication according to corporate politics: building the right communications within the company, HR brand formation;
• Support of the labor law and administrative part. Automation of administrative work (manual, paperwork, etc.);
• Advising the company's top managers. Support in finding solutions for managing employees and realizing their potential;
• Search and implementation of modern technologies of training, recruitment, approaches to personnel management.
• Cooperation with other plants in Europe to share experience and best practices.

Requirements for education and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in related field required, Master's preferred;
• At least five years of experience in HR (experience in recruitment, T&D, C&B, and labor relation is desired);
• At least two years of relevant experience in manufacturing as a HRD
• Or a combination of education, experience and/or training;
• The level of English - Upper - Intermediate and higher (proficiency of other languages will be a plus);
