CRH Ukraine has been the part of global diversified building materials group since 1999 with the acquisition of Podilsky Cement JSC. Now CRH Ukraine unites three cement plants in Kamyanets-Podilskiy, Odessa, Mykolaiv (Lviv region), 2 aggregates and ready-mixed concrete plants and 2 quarries (Bekhivsky Specialised Quarry PrJSC, Bilotserkivsky Plant of Reinforced Concrete Structures PrJSC, Polibeton Group).

CRH is seeking an Assistant to Plant Manager who will be responsible for providing support to Plant Manager of  Podilsky Cement JSC (Kamyanets-Podilskiy) . On behalf of the Plant Manager, the Assistant will communicate with others outside and inside the organization, will manage busy schedules, and will complete complex administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure : OPEX, CAPEX, stocks reporting; plant reporting allowing country consolidation; CO2 reporting; OPEX Savings Industrial reporting;
• Coordinate yearly Deep Dive process (OPEX and CAPEX) and yearly budget process;
• Organize Capex reporting and Capex management process (planning, reporting) for CRH UA including administration for CX tracking tool;
• Being partner for GTS in technical reporting aspects;
• Run industrial (Non Capex) projects from idea creation till implementation and closing of projects (project closed or project translated into automated routine;
• Review of existing industrial/logistic reporting, define minimum needed, change from existing towards defined minimum, automate, automated qualification by color codes;
• Manage the calendar and schedule of Plant Manager, ensures that key dates and events are highlighted ahead of time;
• Prepare materials, packets and presentations for Plant Manager's meetings, senior management team meetings, off-sites, and all-staff meetings;
• Organize the logistics of board meetings and other key internal meetings;
• Coordinate and distribute notes at management meetings as requested;
• Type up notes of Plant Manager as requested.

Education & Background:

• Higher education;
• 3-years work experience in administrative and personal assistant roles at the executive level;
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments;
• Ability to compose and edit written materials, translation experience is a plus.
