Java Developer, Telemedicine Technology Solutions

The client is looking to architect and build a complex platform to support multiple telehealth solutions. This is a unique situation when the modernization is practically a greenfield with an opportunity to design things right. The selection of technologies, the implementation of best practices - there is a chance to learn and contribute to them.

Technologies used in the project: Amazon Cloud, Angular 2+, Java.

We are ready to consider Java developers that already have AWS experience or are willing to gain deep knowledge of AWS or be certified by AWS as the client and project are ready to invest time and money into AWS certification.

We hire people not to a project, but to the company. If the project (or your work in it) is over, you go to another project or to a paid “Idle”.

Responsibilities

• Participate in designing and architecting solutions and services
• Implementation of and participation in releases
• Collaboration with teammates, tech, and product leadership

Must have

• 3+ years of experience working with Java
• Experience working with applications hosted on AWS, production application experience strongly preferred
• Experience building microservices with Spring Boot
• Experience working in a DevOps powered environment with Gitlab and IaC
• Experience with serverless and container-based deployments, AWS Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience building multiple levels of automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure high-quality code delivery
• Spoken English

Would be a plus

• Experience with DynamoDB
