Senior Business Analyst, Financial Systems

To help address the challenges of a diverse and changing business environment on the scale they have, they use Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

In addition to the many projects already underway, DataArt has been commissioned to start several new projects of different sizes and complexity.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of experience working as a business analyst
• Basic theoretical knowledge of business analysis and requirements management
• Skills in analyzing and documenting requirements, requirements management, and modeling
• Skills in managing requirements throughout the project, knowledge of the main models of the project’s life cycle
• Ability to skillfully convert vague and unstructured information into distinct requirements
• Experience in supporting sales during the RFI/RFP stage and discovery phase
• Spoken English

Additional Competencies

• Experience in developing drafts of user interfaces
• Business processes modeling, knowledge of notations and methodologies
• Professional certification (CCBA, CBAP - IIBA, PMI-PBA - PMI, CPRE - IREB)
