HR Manager

DataArt has been engaged in software development and IT consulting since 1997. More than 4000 of our specialists are working in ten countries. Sales offices of the company are located in the US, UK, Germany, and Switzerland. The development centers are located in Argentina, Poland, Russia, and Ukraine. We are waiting for resumes from specialists with relevant experience, who are able to quickly master the company's internal IT systems. The chosen applicant will need to be prepared for large amounts of communication via email and Skype.

Responsibilities

• Conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings with colleagues
• Facilitating in resolving complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
• Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention
• Consulting employees on career development, company policies, and procedures
• Onboarding of colleagues, taking part in adaptation processes
• Interview exiting employees
• Other tasks within the area of responsibility

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of IT HR/Recruiting experience
• Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry (terminology)
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, high level of teamwork and networking
• Willing to learn
• Responsibility, the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
• Fluency in English, both written and oral
