Responsibilities
- Participating in all stages of staff recruitment: search for specialists, conducting interviews, organization of all subsequent stages
- Working with contact databases, resume analysis
- Remote (via email or Skype) and personal communications with colleagues in meetings
- Working with various channels to attract candidates
- Conducting initial interviews with candidates
- Monitoring and analysis of the labor market
Required Skills and Experience
- Recruitment experience (recruitment agency or in-house)
- A general understanding of the information technology market or a desire to understand its specifics
- Quick search skills using recruiting channels and tools
- Ready to multitask with large amounts of information
- Analytical skills
- Sociable, stress-resistant
- Good spoken English
