AI/ML Specialist (R Developer)

The AI/ML Specialist Analyst in the project will be responsible for the development, execution and maintenance of analytic and performance reporting frameworks to support decision making and business processes of the organization. Responsibilities include collaborative development on demand and other forecasting tools, managing and reporting non-financial statistical and performance information, as well as development and management of performance, monitoring, & self-service analytical dashboards. Additional responsibilities include contributing to communications with staff, management and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Quantitative and statistical analysis of business data including product demand trends and drivers
• Design, development and maintenance of proprietary customer and product demand forecasting tools
• Coordination with various global business units to incorporate forecast feedback
• Analyze and communicate model performance against actual business results.
• Engaging in ad hoc stakeholder engagement and business analysis as needed to optimize tradeoffs among service standards, value delivery, cost and risk.
• Increase formalization of existing reporting processes. Extend or develop new processes in support of new initiatives.
• Design & prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials of financial & non-financial data

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in R programming and statistical analysis
• Hands-on experiences in RStudio, tidyverse, devtools, R6
• Proficiency in SQL programming
• Understanding of statistical modeling and analysis.
• Proactive attitude, good communication skills
• Spoken English
