IT Recruiter (Remote work)

DataArt is engaged in software development and IT consulting. We have 14 development and sales centers located in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia, Argentina, and Armenia. In these countries, we look for developers, testers, and other technical specialists.

We invite IT recruiters to join our team. You are expected to work full-time but it's a remote job with a flexible schedule.

There are 6 development centers in Ukraine (Kyiv, Dnepr, Kharkov, Odessa, Kherson and Lviv). Each of them has workplaces for guests, so feel free to work in any of these locations from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Searching for IT-specialists
• Screening resumes, checking for compliance with the requirements of the vacancy
• Communicating with the candidates and conducting the initial interview (Skype, Email, etc.).
• Interaction with local HR specialists from Ukraine, Russia, Poland, and Bulgaria
• Closing vacancies

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting for technical vacancies
• Experience in the IT industry 
• Fluency with recruiting channels and tools

• Good spoken English 
• Experience working remotely
